The logistics agent's mission is to:
- Operate truck weighings for Inbound & Outbound.
- Participate in the planning of cement deliveries.
- Ensure communication with drivers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Respect established procedures for managing inbound and outbound logistics flows.
Ensure follow-up of acknowledgment of receipt for departures and returns deliveries.
Participate in the establishment of the delivery schedule for bagged and bulk cement.
Perform an inventory of available transport for returns and follow up with transporters in case of shortages.
With the agency manager, assign returned orders to trucks.
Report to management:
• Daily summaries/KPIs.
• Complaints related to delivery, shipments, service, etc.
Receive and relay all types of complaints from drivers to the agency manager.
Report any anomalies observed related to documents, trucks, or the information system.
Ensure communication with drivers regarding information, awareness campaigns, safety rule reminders, and respect for behavior rules within the site.
Perform weighing operations and record all products entering or leaving the factory in the registers.
Track the movement of paper stock for the issuance of logistics documents.
Monitor the proper functioning of weighbridges and notify the agency manager in case of any anomaly.
Facilitate the sharing and transfer of experience within the professions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incidents to the safety manager and management.
Ensure compliance with conformity requirements and professional conduct through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.
