The logistics agent's mission is to:
- Operate truck weighings for Inbound & Outbound.
- Participate in the planning of cement deliveries.
- Ensure communication with drivers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Respect established procedures for managing inbound and outbound logistics flows.
Ensure tracking of acknowledgment of receipt for outgoing and returned deliveries.
Participate in establishing the delivery plan for bagged and bulk cement.
Perform an inventory of available transport for returns and follow up with transporters in case of shortages.
With the agency manager, assign returned orders to trucks.
Report to management:
• Daily balance sheets/KPIs.
• Complaints related to delivery, shipments, service…
Receive and forward any type of complaint from drivers to the agency manager.
Report any detected anomaly related to documents, trucks, or the information system.
Ensure communication with drivers regarding information, awareness campaigns, reminders of safety rules, and respect for behavioral rules within the site.
Perform weighing operations and record all products entering or leaving the factory in the registers.
Track the movement of paper stock for printing logistics documents.
Monitor the proper functioning of the weighbridges and inform the agency manager of any anomaly.
Promote the sharing and transfer of experience within the trades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incident to the safety coordinator and management.
Ensure compliance with conformity requirements and good professional conduct through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.
