Job :
City: Marrakech
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 10 pm in shifts:
*Shift 1: 9 am - 4 pm
*Shift 2: 4 pm - 10 pm
The two agents will rotate and may exchange their shifts according to internal organization.
Main tasks:
- Customer reception and advice
- Management of foreign exchange operations: buying and selling currencies
- Daily management of the cash register and currency stocks
- Recording and traceability of operations according to internal and regulatory procedures.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance, or equivalent
- Experience in manual foreign exchange activities
- Fluency in French and English
- Service-oriented, rigorous, reliable, and respectful of safety procedures
