Asset Agent - Casablanca

Job :

Ensure the organization and optimization of the availability of means and services while guaranteeing compliance with standards and the safety of property and people.
• Support and monitor external service providers
• Control and supervise the performance of services
• Ensure the application of Maroc Leasing procedures with external service providers
• Follow up and maintain dashboards for maintenance and building upkeep with the service provider.
• Monitor works and construction sites.
• Guarantee the maintenance and cleaning of the premises.
• Report on their activity
• Implement control measures to ensure the safety of people and the security of property
• Manage the storage and logistics of recovered assets (Stock In / Out, Appraisals, Inventories, …)
• Carry out technical monitoring
 

Required profile :

Bac+3 Technical training;
Professional experience: 2 years minimum in a similar role.
