Job :

* Respond to telephone calls and written requests from our partners and clients.
* Schedule and transmit work orders to field technicians.
* Manage reports from technician interventions.
* Contact clients, technicians, and suppliers to organize and coordinate interventions.
* Evaluate and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile :

* Bac+2 or higher.
* Experience in FTTH technical service.
* Good level of French, both spoken and written (mandatory).
* Required experience in technical service.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
