PROFILE :

The AI Engineer helps the business by creating and using AI models and smart systems. This job needs strong technical skills, a focus on business goals, and the ability to work with product, data, and engineering teams in a fast-changing environment.

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Create and develop machine learning models for use in products.
• Build and manage AI systems and services that can grow.
• Work with different teams to turn business needs into AI solutions.
• Make model performance better and ensure they work well when used.
• Help make decisions about the system design and write technical documents.
• Take part in planning work and using agile methods to deliver projects.
• Support testing and ongoing improvement of AI systems.

Required profile :

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

Programming & Software Engineering

• Good understanding of Python and tools like pandas and numpy
• Good understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and Git
• Good understanding of software best practices and Kafka
• Strong practical experience with VS Code, Jupyter Notebooks, and Docker
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Good understanding of models for supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and time series
• Good understanding of how to check model performance, create features, and use scikit-learn
• Good understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CNN/RNN designs
• GenAI & LLMs
• Good understanding of GenAI methods and writing prompts
• Good understanding of using LLM tools and adding LLMs into work processes
• Experience with fine-tuning and checking LLMs
• Statistics & Data Engineering
• Good understanding of probability and statistical inference
• Good understanding of Spark/PySpark, ETL processes, and cloud platforms
• Experience with data system ideas like Medallion and DataMesh
• Visualization & Tools
• Good understanding of Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Dash
• Good understanding of MLFlow, CI/CD, and tools for watching models

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
