Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Health sector as an Accounting Assistant. Located in the heart of Oujda, this position offers you the opportunity to join a key team and actively contribute to financial management.

The main goal is to ensure the smooth running of daily accounting operations, providing essential support to the finance team. This involves ensuring the reliability of data and participating in process optimization.

Your tasks will include:

  • Entering accounting entries (supplier invoices, customer invoices, bank statements).
  • Bank reconciliation and tracking of unpaid invoices.
  • Participating in the preparation of tax and social security declarations.
  • Archiving and filing accounting documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial statements.

Required profile :

The ideal background starts with a Bac +2 level diploma, with a recognized specialization in Management, Accounting, or Finance.

A first professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is desired. This will allow you to quickly develop your skills and bring added value from the start.

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:

  • Mastery of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of computer tools, especially Excel.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in processing information.
  • Initiative and proactivity.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
