Accounting Assistant - Casablanca

Job :

As part of our development, we are looking for a rigorous and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our financial department. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will actively participate in the smooth running of general and auxiliary accounting.
Main tasks
• Data entry and recording of accounting entries (purchases, sales, bank)
• Bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Preparation and filing of supporting documents
• Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
• Participation in the preparation of tax returns (VAT, etc.)
• Monitoring of payments and customer reminders
• Assistance during monthly and annual closing
• Archiving and organization of accounting documents
 

Required profile :

Education
• Bac +2 in accounting, management, or finance (BTS CGO, DUT GEA, or equivalent)
• Previous accounting experience is an asset
Technical skills
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of accounting software (Sage, EBP, Ciel, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of general accounting and taxation
