Job :
Your main tasks are:
To participate in the analysis of claims declarations in accordance with policy conditions
To contribute to the creation and completeness of compensation files
To help collect and verify supporting documents
To assist in investigations related to payment defaults
To participate in exchanges with internal teams (recovery, underwriting, management)
To update information in internal tools
To contribute to file monitoring and compliance with processing deadlines
To participate in the preparation of simple reports
To provide support for administrative and accounting operations related to files
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting
Eligible for the ANAPEC program
Good written and oral communication skills (French)
Sense of initiative, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
Good analytical and organizational skills
