As part of the development of our distribution network, Ingelec is recruiting DIY Store Promoters to promote our products in DIY hypermarkets and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Positions based in: Bricoma: Salé - Témara - Mohammedia.
Mr. Bricolage: Tangier - Marrakech
Main missions:
- Promote and market products to customers in stores.
- Conduct demonstrations and present the technical features of the products.
- Advise and guide consumers in their purchases.
- Ensure product visibility and compliance with merchandising plans.
- Monitor product availability on shelves and report stock shortages.
- Increase brand visibility within points of sale.
- Collect market information and report customer feedback.
- Prepare regular activity reports.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Commercial or technical training, high school diploma/associate's degree (Bac/Bac+2).
- Experience in sales promotion, selling, or product promotion is highly appreciated.
- Basic knowledge of DIY, tools, or materials.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, independent, and proactive.
