As part of the development of our distribution network, Ingelec is recruiting GSB Promoters to ensure the promotion of our products within DIY superstores and to contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
Positions based in: Bricoma: Salé - Témara - Mohammedia.
Mr. Bricolage: Tangier - Marrakech
Main tasks:
- Promote and present products to customers in store.
- Perform demonstrations and present the technical features of the products.
- Advise and guide customers in their purchases.
- Ensure product visibility and compliance with merchandising plans.
- Monitor product availability on shelves and report stock shortages.
- Increase brand visibility within sales points.
- Gather market information and report customer feedback.
- Prepare regular activity reports.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Commercial or technical training, high school diploma/associate degree.
- Experience in commercial promotion, sales, or product promotion is highly appreciated.
- Basic knowledge of the DIY, tools, or materials sector.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, independent, and proactive.
