Job :
Implement the HSE policy defined by the company.
Conduct safety visits and inspections in the field.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose corrective actions.
Participate in the analysis of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Monitor the implementation of HSE action plans.
Lead safety talks and awareness campaigns.
Train and inform employees on HSE procedures.
Ensure compliance with the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Check the conformity of facilities and equipment.
Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensure the monitoring of HSE indicators and develop dashboards.
Participate in the management of emergency situations and evacuation drills.
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
Required profile :
Knowledge of HSE regulations.
Mastery of risk analysis methods.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to write reports and procedures.
