Independent Business Introducer - Marrakech

MV Conciergerie SARL is a short-term rental management company (like Airbnb / Booking) based in Casablanca and operating in Marrakech.

Founded by two professionals in the concierge and property management sector, the company helps property owners rent and fully manage their homes: optimizing listings, professional photography, dynamic pricing, welcoming guests, cleaning, maintenance, and 7/7 customer service. Our model is based on performance: no fixed fees for the owner, only a commission on generated income.

As we are growing in the Marrakech tourist market, we want to expand our portfolio of managed properties and are hiring independent business introducers to find and connect us with new owners.

Job :

As a business introducer, your tasks will be:

• Identify property owners (villas, apartments, riads) in Marrakech who might entrust their property to us for short-term rental management
• Present MV Conciergerie's services and spark the interest of property owners
• Connect qualified property owners with our team
• Perform an initial level of qualification of the property and the owner's needs (location, property type, owner's motivation)
• Transmit contact information and follow up until our team takes over

Required profile :

Essential requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Marrakech and its real estate / tourist market
• Strong local network or proven ability to develop a network of property owners
• Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Seriousness, reliability, and transparency in following up on contacts provided
• Proficiency in French and/or Darija (Arabic and English are a plus)
• Autonomy and ability to work at your own pace, results-oriented

Appreciated skills:

• Previous experience in real estate, concierge services, tourism, or sales
• Knowledge of how short-term rentals work (Airbnb, Booking)
