A large international chain, growing rapidly, we are known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting an Architectural Draftsman (2D/3D) to contribute to the design and development of our future projects.
Job :
- Design and produce 2D and 3D technical plans from sketches, specifications, or design instructions.
- Create 3D models and architectural renderings, respecting the aesthetic and technical requirements of the projects.
- Develop execution plans, manufacturing details, and As-Built drawings.
- Perform dimension calculations and ensure plans comply with graphic and technical standards.
- Update drawings and integrate requested changes following design reviews or requests from project teams.
- Interpret architectural sketches, field surveys, and technical data to produce reliable and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and update technical files, material lists, and all graphic documents associated with projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure requests are properly executed and projects run smoothly.
Required profile :
Education and experience
- Associate's degree to Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
Technical skills
Proficiency in architectural design and modeling software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiLine.XP, and Vectorworks Architect.
Good command of 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent).
Good knowledge of technical drawing standards, dimensioning, and execution details.
