Job :
A player in the real estate / construction sector, we are recruiting a Real Estate / Technical Assistant for our real estate project in Californie Casablanca.
Reporting to the sales department, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment at our clients' sites, as well as direct technical support.
You will be the primary contact for clients for all technical requests related to delivered apartments and for questions regarding their delivery.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Answering clients' questions and requests.
- Identifying the cause of reported malfunctions.
- Performing initial technical diagnostics.
- Carrying out minor technical interventions.
- Coordinating the interventions of service providers.
- Ensuring follow-up of requests until their resolution.
Required profile :
- You have a technical background (OFPPT or equivalent) in building trades or maintenance.
- You have previous experience in building, maintenance, or real estate.
- You have the ability to diagnose common technical malfunctions.
- You have a sense of customer service.
- You are organized and rigorous.
