Job Description:

As a Management / Administrative Assistant at LOGISOLUTIONS, you play a key role at the heart of the organization. Acting as a true link between management, teams, and external partners, you ensure smooth administrative operations and actively contribute to the company's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative and Office Management:

Handle daily secretarial tasks: process mail, filing, archiving, drafting and formatting documents.

Manage office supplies and general services.

2. Purchasing Management:

Participate in sourcing service providers and suppliers (research, pre-selection, contact).

Compare offers, obtain quotes, and optimize costs.

Track contracts, quotes, invoices, and supplier orders.

3. Reception and Operational Support

Welcome visitors, clients, and service providers with professionalism and friendliness.

Manage the telephone switchboard, filter, and direct calls.

Handle meeting logistics (room booking, document preparation, welcome refreshments, etc.).

4. Management Assistance

Manage the General Management's schedule, make appointments, organize travel and meetings.

Prepare meeting files and minutes.

Support management on specific tasks: internal communication, project monitoring, inter-departmental coordination.

Required profile :

You have a BAC+2 degree (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) in management or a related field. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

You are good at communicating and are an excellent coordinator.

You are perfectly bilingual and have excellent written expression in French and Arabic. 

The position, on a permanent contract (CDI), is based in the industrial zone of Ain Sebaa / Sidi Bernoussi. It is to be filled as soon as possible
