As an Administrative & HR Assistant, your missions will be:
Ensure the daily administrative management of the company and support for Human Resources activities, guaranteeing the reliability of information, compliance with internal procedures, and the quality of service provided to employees
General administration
Physical and telephone reception of visitors and partners
Mail management (reception, sending, filing, archiving)
Drafting, formatting, and tracking administrative documents (letters, memos, certificates, reports)
Organization and follow-up of schedules, meetings, and travel
Management and follow-up of supplies and administrative services
Human Resources
Personnel administrative management: creating and updating employee files, drafting employment contracts and amendments, various certificates
Participation in the recruitment process: posting job offers, screening applications, scheduling and organizing interviews
Monitoring the integration of new employees (welcome booklet, hiring formalities)
Time management: monitoring leave, absences, and work stoppages
Preparation of variable payroll elements and transmission to the accounting/payroll department
Monitoring training files (schedule, invitations, certificates)
