On behalf of one of our prestigious clients (health/parapharmacy sector), we are recruiting a Sales Admin Assistant dedicated to the Swiss & German Markets. If you have solid experience in sales administration and perfectly master the languages of Goethe and Shakespeare, this highly international position is for you. - Standard Sales Administration: Entering, tracking, and validating orders, managing billing flows, tracking deliveries, and handling customer disputes. - Swiss Commercial Support: Working in pairs and providing daily support to the Swiss Sales Manager. - Product Development & Listing: Managing the listing of products with wholesalers and major pharmacy chains in the Swiss market. - Linguistic Quality Control: Proofreading, correcting, and validating all commercial materials in German.
Required profile :
Experience: You have a confirmed minimum experience of 2 years in Sales Administration (ADV).Languages: You are imperatively trilingual French / German / English. A perfect command, both spoken and written.IT Tools: Excellent command of Excel and common office tools.Systems (ERP): You have practical experience with an ERP, ideally Microsoft Business Central (a serious asset).Soft Skills: Exemplary rigor, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
