Job :

  • Provide in-person and telephone reception for clients and partners.
  • Manage the schedule, appointments, and travel for Management.
  • Write, format, and follow up on letters, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Organize meetings and prepare Management's files.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of real estate files.
  • Coordinate communication with various departments and service providers.
  • File, archive, and manage administrative documents confidentially.
  • Ensure the smooth administrative running of the office and assist Management with daily tasks.

Required profile :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, administration, or equivalent
Mandatory experience in the real estate sector or within a service company
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
Good command of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Rigor, organizational skills, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills
