Job :

As part of the development of our industrial company located in the Sapino Deroua Industrial Zone, specializing in the manufacture of biscuits and chocolate products, we are looking for a rigorous, organized and confidential Assistant Director.

Your main tasks

* Provide daily assistance to General Management.
* Manage calendars, appointments, and travel.
* Prepare meetings, write minutes, and ensure follow-up of decisions.
* Write, format, and archive letters, reports, and administrative documents.
* Ensure follow-up of strategic files and coordinate actions with different departments (Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR, Quality, etc.).
* Prepare dashboards and consolidate information necessary for decision-making.
* Organize visitor reception and manage internal and external communications.
* Ensure the confidentiality of information processed.

Required profile :

* Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Management, Administration, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
* Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. English is a plus.
* Very good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, discretion, and excellent prioritization skills.
* Must live in Deroua, Berrechid, or the immediate surroundings. Applications that do not meet this geographical criterion will not be considered.
