The SOCIETE DE DEVELOPPEMENT DES SERVICES PUBLICS DE DISTRIBUTION S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions are to participate in the management and development of Public Distribution Services, through services such as:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in the mobilization and management of financing;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators related to Public Services;
  • Management of financing debts related to the distribution activity;
  • Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports actors in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCT (Groups of Territorial Collectivities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).


Job :

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in managing their schedule (planning appointments, travel, meetings).
• Organize meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
• Filter phone calls and manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and other requests.
• Coordinate travel (booking tickets, accommodation, itineraries).
• Manage the filing and archiving of general management documents.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners, respond to their requests, and ensure the organization of events or visits.
• And any other tasks in line with the requested profile.
 


Required profile :

Required Education and Skills:

• State diploma equivalent to a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Management, Economics, Executive Assistance, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Assistance or a similar role.
• Excellent command of computer tools (Microsoft Office).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy.
• Good ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
