Job :

As a General Manager's Assistant, your main goals will be to provide top-level administrative and organizational support to the general management. You will be the right-hand person to our executives, making their daily tasks easier and optimizing their productivity. This involves ensuring smooth and proactive file management, mastering internal and external communication, and actively contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a coherent and high-performing work environment by ensuring effective coordination between different departments and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will cover a wide range of strategic and operational activities.

  • Organization and follow-up of professional travel, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Management of relations with external and internal contacts, ensuring a quality welcome and effective communication.
  • Contribution to the organization of company events and receptions.
  • Maintenance and updating of databases and administrative files.
  • Monitoring of budgets and expense reports related to the general management's activities.
  • Information and regulatory monitoring relevant to the company's business sector.

Required profile :

You hold a higher education diploma, ideally with a specialization in Executive Assistance, General Services, or equivalent. Knowledge in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training is an advantage.

You have significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar role, allowing you to develop excellent command of executive assistant duties, great autonomy, and a proven ability to anticipate needs and manage complex situations. Your interpersonal skills enable you to interact effectively with high-level contacts and handle sensitive files with complete confidentiality.

Organized, rigorous, and proactive, you know how to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
