Our client, a European leader in the distribution of telecom/IT brands, is looking for an RMA Assistant as part of strengthening its teams.
As a member of a small, dedicated team of two people, you will be co-responsible for receiving and responding to customer calls and emails regarding transport incidents, receiving damaged goods, requests for exchanges and refunds, etc...
Your main focus will be:
- Managing customer calls for return and exchange requests
- Resolving customer calls and emails received
- Processing deliveries from all suppliers
- Systematically reporting problems found
- Investigating issues reported by sales representatives or customers
- Internally managing processed exchange and return requests
- Communicating with customers about their transport issues and the steps to take with the supplier or group.
- Presenting and managing transport disputes
- Claiming in case of insurance incidents
- Managing the collection of exchanges and returns
- Tracking incidents to get a response, updating documentation, and closing incidents.
