Job :

As part of strengthening our Internal Audit & Control Department, we are looking for an Internal Auditor. You will contribute to improving the company's performance by evaluating the effectiveness of processes, risk management, and the quality of the internal control system.

Reporting to the financial department, you will be responsible for:
Participating in the development and implementation of the annual internal audit plan.
Carrying out operational, financial, and compliance audit missions.
Evaluating the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems.
Identifying dysfunctions, analyzing their causes, and making improvement recommendations.
Writing audit reports and ensuring follow-up on the implementation of action plans.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Participating in the continuous improvement of audit processes and methods.
Contributing to the development of a culture of internal control within the company.
 

Required profile :

• Higher education in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or Management (Master's degree equivalent).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an audit firm or a large company.
• Good command of audit techniques, internal control, and risk analysis.
• Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality.
