We are hiring bilingual customer service representatives to join our customer service team in our call center.
Main tasks:
Receive and handle incoming calls
Assist and support customers
Process requests, complaints, and information
Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Profile sought:
French: B2 level mandatory
English: B2 level mandatory
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or similar role
Good oral and written communication skills
Service-oriented, active listening, and professionalism
Ability to work in a team and manage stress
