Job :

As part of the development of its genomics and molecular diagnostics activities in Morocco, MEGAFLEX, a subsidiary of Dislog Medical Devices, is recruiting an NGS BU Manager to lead, develop, and promote its business dedicated to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and liquid biopsy solutions. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Define and implement the development strategy for NGS and liquid biopsy activities at the national level.
• Develop and conduct NGS and liquid biopsy approaches in medical diagnostics in collaboration with the teams involved in genomic medicine projects.
• Identify market opportunities and develop a network of scientific, medical, and institutional partners.
• Ensure the commercial development of portfolio solutions and achieve defined growth objectives.
• Monitor the evolution of techniques and contribute to the development of new innovative approaches and solutions.
• Actively participate in scientific, technological, and competitive intelligence.
• Manage projects from the development of specifications to user acceptance and deployment.
• Oversee project design: client needs, functional specifications, planning, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Build, organize, coordinate, and lead project teams while respecting deadlines, budgets, and set objectives.
• Ensure project profitability and operational monitoring with clients.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Contribute to the development of responses to calls for tenders.
• Supervise, support, and develop the professionals involved in the projects.
• Analyze and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.

Required profile :

• Master's degree, Doctorate, or Engineering degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or equivalent field.
• Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in molecular diagnostics, genomics, or biotechnology.
• Experience in NGS and/or liquid biopsy is highly desired.
• Knowledge of the hospital and laboratory environment.
