Job :

As a Finance BA, you will play a key role in functional assistance, project coordination, and user support for SAP Finance (FI) and PLPR modules. You will work in an international environment, mainly in the extended Europe region.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide support and assistance to end-users in resolving issues specific to SAP FI and the PLPR FI system.
• Implement, manage, and oversee activities in SAP Finance and the PLPR module.
• Be the main point of contact for spare parts commercial flows (managed in PLPR) that have a financial impact.
• Coordinate projects affecting financial processes, in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
• Provide technical and functional support to business users.
• Participate in resolving IT incidents related to SAP/PLPR systems (via Jira).
• Identify user needs and analyze business processes to propose suitable solutions.
• Write business requirements and functional specifications.
• Monitor the compliance of solutions with SAP standards to limit specific developments.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and anticipate production bugs.
• Contribute to project management and change management (support, training, communication).
• Lead a user community and ensure good communication between different project stakeholders.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT with 5 to 7 years of experience.

Required skills

Functional skills:

• Mastery of SAP FI.
• Good understanding of MM (Purchasing) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
• Knowledge of the PLPR system is a plus.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications.

Cross-functional skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation, proactivity, and team spirit.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage change and train users.

Languages:

• Fluent English (required, spoken and written).
• Proficiency in French is an asset.

Tools:

• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking is a plus.
