Job :

As part of the development of its activities in Africa, our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Business Developer to contribute to the expansion of its distribution network.

You will play a key role in identifying new partners, developing lasting business relationships, and supporting prospects throughout the initial stages of collaboration.

Your missions

  • Identify and qualify new potential distributors and partners in African markets.
  • Actively prospect B2B companies through various channels (phone, email, professional networks, etc.).
  • Present the company's products, services, and competitive advantages to prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Conduct initial business discussions and negotiate initial collaboration terms.
  • Follow up on business opportunities until they are passed on or closed.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify development opportunities in the various target markets.
  • Update commercial tracking tools and provide regular activity reports.

Required profile :

  • Higher education in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Successful experience in business development, B2B prospecting, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of office tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of African markets is a major asset.
  • Fluent French; proficiency in English is highly appreciated.
