Job :

Reporting to the Financial Services Department, your main missions will be:

• Establish cash flow forecasts;
• Process & Record IRLs in accounts;
• Validate transactions;
• Monitor transaction settlement with Maroclear;
• Reconcile stock with Maroclear positions;
• Generate and control the OLY CDG interface;
• Validate instructions on KTP CDG and CDG capital (DPM);
• Reconcile MEGARA and KTP CDG;
• Control securities and cash provisions (in degraded mode);
• Prepare withholding tax declarations on Flux;
• Perform accounting controls related to processed transactions;
• Generate and control BAM statements;
• Contribute to the application and improvement of the QMS.
 

Required profile :

• Graduate of a business school or university, ideally with a specialization in Finance.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

 Required skills for the position:

• Custodian banking activities;
• Legislation, regulation of OPC funds, accounting for UCITS;
• Financial market, valuation techniques;
• Securities taxation, legal aspects.
• Transaction processing procedures;
• Resolution of suspense items and discrepancies;
• Improvement of any action related to the processing of requests and/or complaints.;
• Synthesis and analysis;
• Taking initiative, managing situations;
• Team spirit and cooperation.
• Computer/office applications: Applications (Megara, KPT, Access), Excel, Maroclear platform.
