A leading company in its sector is recruiting a Legal Counsel (M/F).
Job :
As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
• Analyzing contractual documents and associated risks;
• Drafting legal opinions and advice;
• Assisting in the negotiation of all types of markets and contracts;
• Participating in the setup of insurance policies and claims management;
• Managing and monitoring all documentation relating to corporate law and its application within the company (drafting of articles of association, minutes of meetings, etc.)
• Managing pre-litigation and social and commercial litigation in coordination with lawyers and operational departments;
• Drafting legal documents and notes;
• Providing legal advice and audit services;
• Handling all other legal issues related to the company's business.
Required profile :
- With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in business law, you have at least 3 years of experience as a legal counsel.
- You have a good command of office software.
