Job :

• Greet customers politely and speed up the checkout process.
• Record items at the checkout accurately and give the receipt to the customer, thanking them.
• Report refund requests (to the manager and/or their assistant)
• Reconcile payments made on the cash register system and on the payment terminals
• Perform the daily closing
• Sort and file the different receipts (merchant copy from payment terminal, total payments, and daily closing) and ensure they are given to the line manager at the end of each month
• Occasionally participate in keeping the checkout area clean
   

Required profile :

Minimum Bac+2 diploma (equivalent to a 2-year college degree)
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Good customer service skills, a smile, and good communication
Good command of cash register systems
Accuracy, organization, and reliability
