MISSION:
Ensure technical qualification of client needs within the scope of the position and structure suitable ICT solutions, guaranteeing their technical coherence, operational feasibility, and alignment with the architecture standards defined by the ICT Directorate's Solution Architects and Solution Product Managers.
Translate client requirements into structured technical proposals and actively contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, securing technical assumptions and implementation scenarios in the pre-sales phase.
Contribute to the development of solution costing in coordination with the Solution Architects teams and provide technical client support within the framework of bid processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technically qualify client needs in the pre-sales phase and analyze functional, technical, and regulatory requirements
Translate functional and technical needs into structured ICT solutions, consistent with the catalog and adapted to the client's operational context
Contribute to the construction of solution architectures in collaboration with Solution Architects
Evaluate the technical and operational feasibility of proposals, identifying dependencies, prerequisites, and integration constraints
Identify technical risks and propose suitable mitigation scenarios
Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses and associated technical documentation, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables
Build and consolidate final technical proposals within the framework of bid processes, ensuring the robustness of the assumptions made
Contribute to the development of solution costing in coordination with the Solution Architects teams
Support Sales teams in complex sales cycles, particularly on strategic or multi-technology opportunities
Participate in technical presentations, workshops, and client scoping sessions
Support the implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and contribute to the technical validation of proposed scenarios
Challenge technical assumptions and ensure the overall coherence of proposed solutions
Contribute to the capitalization of feedback and the updating of internal repositories
Ensure the alignment of proposals with architecture standards and product directions defined by the Solution & Product Engineering Department
-Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Networks & Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
-Experience in technical pre-sales, ICT consulting, or solutions architecture.
-Participation in responding to tenders (RFPs/RFQs).
-Experience in designing network and collaboration solutions.
