Job :

MISSION:

- Lead the definition, structuring, industrialization, and evolution of ICT solutions within the scope of the position, ensuring their technological consistency, operational feasibility, and economic performance.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions (design, standardization, industrialization, evolution, retirement), ensuring their alignment with the ICT technological roadmap, regulatory requirements, and market needs.
- Own the Product within the ICT Department and ensure interface with technical and business stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the complete solutions lifecycle (design, industrialization, evolution, and retirement).
- Define and evolve the product roadmap based on market needs and technological advancements.
- Ensure the technical, operational, and economic consistency of the solutions portfolio.
- Ensure the feasibility of offers and their alignment with ICT architecture standards.
- Build and monitor business cases and the economic performance of solutions.
- Coordinate various stakeholders (Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Support, and partners).
- Define and maintain product repositories, blueprints, and documentation.
- Drive the industrialization and standardization of offers to improve their operability and reduce operational exceptions.
- Ensure continuous technological monitoring and propose strategic directions for portfolio evolution.
- Ensure the integration of Campus & Unified Communications solutions into the overall ICT offer ecosystem.

Required profile :

Education:

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Networks, Telecommunications, IT, or Information Systems.
- Engineering degree or specialized Master's in ICT technologies.

Experience:

- Experience in ICT product management (networks, telecom, or collaboration solutions).
- Experience in managing an offer's lifecycle (design, evolution, industrialization).
- Experience in product roadmap management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the technical, operational, and economic aspects of ICT solutions.
