Job :

Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of the company's medicines and health products (medicines, medical devices, supplements, cosmetic products).

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Prepare, submit, and track Marketing Authorisation (AMM) and/or CE files, registration, notification, or declaration depending on the product category.
• Manage variations, renewals, and extensions of AMM and/or CE.
• Ensure regulatory and documentary compliance throughout the lifecycle of health products.
• Update technical files in accordance with national and international requirements.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring of texts and requirements applicable to medicines, medical devices, and other health products.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality, Production, and Marketing departments.
   

Required profile :

Education:

• Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs / Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industry.

Technical Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of national regulations.
• Confirmed knowledge of cosmetic ingredient compliance (INCI).
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
