Job :

• Identify purchasing needs and ensure their processing
• Research, consult, and select suppliers
• Request and analyze commercial offers
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and purchasing conditions
• Prepare and track purchase orders
• Ensure order and delivery follow-up
• Manage supplier relationships
• Monitor deadlines and resolve any order-related issues
• Update the supplier database
• Track costs and contribute to purchasing optimization
• Prepare reports and indicators related to purchasing activity
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure the availability of necessary products and services

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in Purchasing, Commerce, Management, Logistics, or a similar field
• First experience in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Good command of Excel and office tools
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Rigor, organization, and prioritization skills
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
• Autonomy and team spirit
