Job :

Within the Development Department, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our network of partner brokers and prospects. You will contribute to the company's commercial development by managing a portfolio of brokers in a dedicated area, from one of the sites.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and retaining a portfolio of brokers.
  • Recruiting new partners and supporting the existing network.
  • Implementing the commercial strategy and promoting the company's products.
  • Ensuring commercial follow-up, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
  • Implementing commercial actions and participating in events.

Required profile :

PROFILE WANTED:

  • Education level BAC+3 to Bac+5 in sales and/or specialization in insurance
  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in a sales role (sales promoter, technical sales representative...)

SKILLS:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Mastery of remote sales techniques
  • Management of commercial/promotional events
