Acting in complementarity and in partnership with the approved banks to provide them with its expertise and guarantee, Finéa, a subsidiary of the CDG group, is an established institution whose mission and purpose is to facilitate access for companies, particularly SMEs, to financing and to public and/or private contracts.
In order to strengthen its involvement with SMEs and consolidate its position as a major player acting for the economic development of Morocco, Finéa has adopted a development plan for 2013-2017 aimed at bringing more focus to its dual mission of financing SMEs and thus becoming a benchmark in financing SMEs and public contracts.
Finéa has a workforce of 65 people and its head office is based in Casablanca, with a presence through 8 branches in cities across the kingdom: Casa North and South, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Fès, Tangier, and Oujda.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main tasks will be:
Customer Relationship Management
? Ensure commercial promotion and customer loyalty within your portfolio through quality service;
? Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction;
? Manage incident resolution.
Risk Management and Monitoring
? Assist clients or prospects in preparing financing applications;
? Analyze and check the completeness of documents required for financing files;
? Identify, analyze, and monitor overruns and anomalies in the files within your client portfolio;
? Manage alerts and follow up on them with management;
? Act as the interface with the branch support department to ensure smooth processing of client files;
? Process and follow up on derogation requests with the relevant departments.
Administrative Management
? Enter client information into the information system and ensure database reliability;
? Ensure the completeness and compliance of client files (first-level check);
? Manage the filing and archiving of physical files within your portfolio;
? Monitor daily transaction processing;
? Handle customer requests and complaints (telephone, electronic, etc.);
? Issue and send documents to clients (advice of execution, statements, etc.);
? Send confirmation requests (ADC, invoices, etc.).
· Master's degree (Bac+5) in financial management;
· Minimum 1 year in a similar role, ideally in the banking sector;
Required Skills for the position
· Mastery of commercial promotion techniques;
· Customer relationship management;
· Have negotiation skills;
· Ability to develop, analyze, and monitor commercial action plans;
· Have knowledge of banking products.
