Within the Data & CRM Department, you will join a dynamic and committed team whose mission is to design and deploy effective CRM campaigns to improve customer experience and strengthen the effectiveness of marketing actions.


Job :

As part of the guidelines defined by the Data & CRM Department and under the responsibility of the Data CRM Manager, the CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and coordinating CRM campaigns. They will ensure the setup of the systems, the smooth running of operations, the analysis of performance, and the continuous optimization of CRM actions to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the operational management of the CRM campaigns for which they are responsible;
  • Analyze CRM data related to the operations carried out and provide optimization recommendations;
  • Design and deploy new CRM and marketing automation solicitation scenarios;
  • Ensure the monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of campaign performance;
  • Contribute to the dissemination of CRM best practices and knowledge sharing within the Group;
  • Collaborate closely with business teams and various stakeholders to ensure the success of CRM operations.

Required profile :

Graduated from a business school or university (Master's degree level) with a specialization in Marketing, CRM, or Data Marketing, you have at least 2 years of successful experience in the operational management of CRM campaigns.

Ideally, you are proficient with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot, and have good knowledge of SQL and HTML. You are comfortable analyzing marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and know how to manage CRM campaigns from start to finish, from their conception to the analysis of results.
