Job :

As part of the development of its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of "Customer Service Manager" in the city of Berrechid. The mission will be to:

  • Manage and develop a client portfolio and ensure commercial objectives are met,
  • Advise clients on the products sold by the bank,
  • Propose products that meet customer expectations,
  • Prospect for new clients to develop and expand their portfolio,
  • Build customer loyalty.

Required profile :

- Have a Master's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (BAC+5);
- Have perfect command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
