Job :

• We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the sales price according to the price list and the approved price
  Ensuring all documents are present before invoicing (Purchase order, sales contract, CIN, insurance delegation...etc.)
  Ensuring payment before invoicing, etc...
  Managing the follow-up of conformity certificates and customs clearance
  Ensuring the control and signature of the registration file
  Entering data into the system, sending and/or submitting registration files, within deadlines, to the various registration centers or credit institutions, etc. 

Required profile :

Holder of a BAC+2 (2-year higher education degree) or equivalent, preferably in Economics/Management, with 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a similar role.
