Job :

• Greeting and handling customer requests (phone, email, in person);
• Scheduling workshop appointments based on workload, vehicle history, and manufacturer recommendations;
• Coordinating with the parts department for parts reservation;
• Preparing and sending appointment files to Service Advisors;
• Confirming appointments, monitoring customer satisfaction, and managing customer campaigns;
• Handling customer complaints according to the instructions of the After-Sales Manager;
• Updating customer files and monitoring performance indicators.

Required profile :

• Good command of languages;
• Previous experience in after-sales service and proficiency in office and CRM tools;
• Active listening and excellent customer service;
• Experience in planning, appointment scheduling, and priority management.
