Job :

As part of its business development, AFROBIOMEDIC, a subsidiary of Dislog Medical Devices, is recruiting a Debt Collection Officer to lead, manage, and develop its national sales team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the follow-up and collection of customer debts.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment terms and set up payment schedules.
• Monitor payments and update customer files.
• Analyze customer accounts and identify non-payment risks.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize debt collection.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to debt collection activities.

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

• Degree (Bac+2/3) in Accounting, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Required technical skills and personal qualities:

• Good command of debt collection and negotiation techniques.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
• Rigor, organization, and discretion.
