Join a dynamic company in the microfinance sector , located in the heart of Rabat. We are looking for a talented individual for the position of Recruitment Officer to support our growth and shape our future teams.

Your role will be essential in identifying and attracting the best talents to meet our organization's evolving needs. You will actively contribute to building a strong employer brand and optimizing our recruitment processes.

• Actively participate in defining recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
• Write and post attractive job offers on various channels.
• Source and identify relevant profiles through various platforms and networks.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Ensure personalized and quality follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment methods and tools.

Required profile :

A Master's or Bachelor's degree (Bac + 5/4), ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training, is expected for this position.

A first successful experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in recruitment, within environments where mass recruitment is a major challenge.

• Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and job platforms.
• Organization, rigor, and proactivity.
• Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Banking/Finance sector is a plus.
