Your main tasks will be to ensure the match between the company's needs and the talent available in the market. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the best profiles, thereby directly contributing to the success of the organization's strategic projects.

Your responsibilities will cover several essential aspects of recruitment:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Conduct sourcing through various channels. 
• Analyze recruitment needs with operational managers.
• Write and post effective job offers on various platforms.
• Conduct pre-selection and evaluation interviews to assess technical and behavioral skills.
• Follow candidates' journey until their onboarding.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required for this position.

Professional experience of 3 years or more in recruitment and sourcing is essential. Previous experience in the medical equipment sector would be a significant asset.

• Excellent command of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct structured interviews and assess skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as manage mass recruitment. 
• Good knowledge of the job market, especially in the medical sector, is a plus.
