Aya Gold & Silver is a growing Canadian silver producer operating in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Aya is the only pure silver mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. It operates the high-grade Zgounder silver mine and explores its grounds along the highly prospective South Atlas Accident, several of which contain old producing mines and historical resources. In addition to its Moroccan mining assets, Aya also owns the Tijirit gold project in Mauritania, which is advancing to the feasibility study stage.
As part of its expansion, AYA Gold & Silver is strengthening its teams with skills in several trades, particularly maintenance.
Main Mission:
Recruitment
• Identify and gather recruitment needs from operational teams.
• Write and post job offers, selecting the most suitable sourcing channels (job boards, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct targeted sourcing to identify profiles matching service environments that require versatility and adaptability.
• Carry out telephone pre-selections and coordinate interviews with operational managers.
• Ensure candidate tracking and update recruitment reporting tools.
School Relations & Employer Brand
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and universities to strengthen the company's visibility among students and recent graduates.
• Participate in school forums, recruitment fairs, and career events.
• Ensure the follow-up of internships and work-study programs in collaboration with partner institutions.
• Contribute to employer branding actions by promoting opportunities and company culture on various communication channels.
Cross-functional Missions & HR Projects
• Monitor and analyze HR indicators related to recruitment activities.
• Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Contribute to various HR projects: onboarding, annual review management, HR development, etc.
• Participate in the evaluation process and talent reviews.
Education & Professional Experience
• Graduate from a top-tier business school or university (Master's degree / Bac+5) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the industrial sector in an HR/HR Development role
