Joining our Human Resources team means helping to implement our recruitment policy by supporting managers in finding and selecting the skills needed to develop our business.


Job :

Reporting to the HR Development Manager, your main tasks will be to:

Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers;
Write and post job offers on various recruitment channels;
Source and pre-select candidates;
Conduct recruitment interviews and evaluate profiles;
Follow up with candidates throughout the process until they are onboarded;
Participate in recruitment activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.


Required profile :

You have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent field.
Previous experience in recruitment is required.
Good analytical, listening, and communication skills.
