Your role will be essential in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This will involve ensuring an optimal work environment, fostering the professional development of each individual, and optimizing talent management to support operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of key tasks:

• Managing the process from onboarding to departure.
• Contributing to skills development through targeted training.
• Supporting managers and teams on HR matters.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory changes in labor law.
• Participating in the management of declarations and social benefits.
• Tracking HR indicators.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in generalist HR roles is essential to succeed in this position.

• Excellent knowledge of labor law and human resource management.
• Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy to interact with various stakeholders.
