Job :

Reporting to the Sales Operations VP & VUL Department, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and monitoring the homologation procedures for Mercedes-Benz vehicles with the relevant authorities.

You will ensure the compliance of the files, coordinate communications with various stakeholders, and support the necessary procedures until homologations are obtained, allowing their marketing in the Moroccan market.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and monitor vehicle homologation files.
• Ensure the conformity of the required technical and administrative documents.
• Coordinate communications with the manufacturer and competent authorities as part of the homologation procedures.
• Identify applicable regulatory requirements and ensure they are met.
• Follow up on requests for additional information and validations until homologation is obtained.
• Participate in vehicle presentations to the National Center for Testing and Homologation (CNEH) and support operations related to the homologation procedures for Passenger Vehicles (VP) and Commercial Vehicles (VUL).
• Maintain updated dashboards and file tracking tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of homologation processes.

Required profile :

• Minimum Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) in Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• You have previous experience in an administrative, regulatory, or coordination role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• You are known for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are proficient in office software, especially Excel.
• A driver's license (Category B) is essential.
• You are fluent in French.
