Job :

We are looking for an HR Officer.

Your main goal will be to actively contribute to human resources management, ensuring a positive and high-performing work environment. You will be a key player in implementing HR policies and developing talent.

Your main tasks will include:

• Participation in the recruitment process: posting offers, sourcing, pre-screening candidates.
• Assistance in administrative personnel management: contracts, leave, personnel files.
• Support in implementing training programs and skills development plans.
• Contribution to internal communication and promotion of company culture.
• Assistance in managing social relations and monitoring HR events.

Required profile :

A degree at the Bac +3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required for this position.

Initial professional experience, ideally 1 to 3 years, in human resources is expected.

The skills and qualities expected for this role are:

• Good knowledge of different HR areas (recruitment, administration, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong autonomy and initiative.
• Proficiency in standard office software.
• Rigor and respect for confidentiality.
