In May 2026, the company took a new strategic step by joining 100% the One Retail group, the retail entity of H&S Invest Holding. This operation is part of a strategy to consolidate the accessible beauty sector in Morocco, driven by urbanization, digitalization, and the rise of omnichannel. B5 Cosmetics thus combines the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of its family origins with the solidity and ambition of a large group.

With Flormar, an international brand of accessible, trendy, and innovative makeup, deployed through a national network of stores and animated by our Beauty Advisors, Assistants, and Store Managers.

Wholesale

A division that manages the marketing of our brands in wholesale and structured distribution across the entire Kingdom. Our wholesale teams develop and manage a network of partners; pharmacies, perfumeries, modern trade, to ensure the presence, visibility, and turnover of our brands: Flormar, Dr. Clinic, a mass-market brand for face, body, and hair care, and The Purest Solutions, a clinical skincare brand with strong dermatological credibility.

E-commerce

A rapidly growing digital channel, fully integrated into the group's omnichannel strategy, between our websites and marketplaces, offering all our brands to Moroccan consumers with a fluid and modern purchasing experience.

Located in Bouskoura, our company operates in a stimulating professional environment where people, performance, and talent development are central. Main tasks:

Administrative management of staff and HR files.
Tracking of timekeeping, absences, leaves, and lateness.
Management and follow-up of insurance files.
Preparation of HR documents and declarations.
Updating HR data and dashboards.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and social legislation.

Required profile :

Your academic background has led you to a Master's degree (Bac +5), with a successful specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

A first professional experience of 1 to 3 years in an HR role is required. This period has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of HR challenges within a company.

• Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and social legislation.
• Good interpersonal skills and a developed sense of listening.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigorous organization and adherence to deadlines.
